Uneventful Day (I Wish)

So I went to get my lunch at Tropicana City. Decided to get a hotdog from the 1901 there. I was greeted by the girl who has been working there for a while. While I was waiting for my food, she asked me if I worked in the building. My brain stalled for a few seconds processing numerous thoughts as to why was she asking me that. I just told her I worked in the building nearby and she stopped after that. Through the entire time while I was there, I noticed her being really happy and chatting rather quietly with her colleague as if they had something to hide. Maybe I am just being too self-conscious.

On my way back to the exit I saw a girl and her dad who attends the church I used to attend. Her dad was checking out a shop as I looked their direction I noticed she did a quick turn to look another direction as if to pretend she didn't noticed me. So I just walked passed them and responded in kind. Now I know her dad was legitimately looking at something and really not notice anything that was happening around. I can't say the same for her. Oh well... she is but a sample of the people in the place I used to serve.

Sometime while I was back in my office, two women showed up at the office door yet again. I can't remember if I wrote about it before but yes... they were insurance saleswomen again from the same company again. This has got to be almost the 10th time they have shown up at the office with their ever failing gambit of asking to fill up a survey. Of course after getting rid of them; like getting rid of the meat stuck between your teeth... I realized too late that I should have pulled one on them.

I did tell them I already have plans with another company. What I should have also told them was that my friend is an agent for that company and to tell these women, that my friend said their company sucks.

Towards the end of the day, there was an awesome view from my window. I saw the Selangor area bright and sunny whilst at the end of the horizon the Kuala Lumpur area was already darkened by rain clouds. The contrast was really a sight.

Unfortunately my phone's camera could not capture the real life view.
